Hey @inviqa - your agent, is version 9.x as you mention, you should have no issue.
The issues lie in older agents as documented here:
I wonder if you could bump up your agent logs to verbose level and record a short snippet of the log output? (Note to swap back your logging level, as you’ll quickly generate very large log files)
