How it charges for docker container in docker swarm

Our current usage plan is " APM Pro Annual (2 host)"; now we want to setup Newrelic monitor for one of our micro service in Docker Swarm, it has 2 replicates and each replicate uses 450MB memory. How does Newrelic charge it?
