Somehow a second account has been created using our training email address (see below). How do we delete the second account?
@philweber Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you’ve got 2 different accounts that are associated with 2 different user records under the same email.
You should be able to self-serve delete this account by following the steps outlined in this article by one of my awesome colleagues: How to delete your Organization .
