How to enable switch role to another account



Can anybody guide us in enabling the switch role option in the newrelic account.


Hey @gen1 - Could you clarify what you mean by Switch Role?

As I understand it there are two possibilities for this.

  1. Switching accounts. For this you’ll need to set up mulitple accounts using the same email address to sign up:

  2. The second option I’m thinking is to switch your user role, between user/admin/owner/etc…To do this you’ll need to first be at least an Admin on the account. Please note though that only Owners can change the owner of an account.:
