I can’t find a way to open a support ticket - is this on purpose?
Hey, you should be able to create a support ticket at https://support.newrelic.com/. There’s a Create Ticket button at the bottom. The button is only visible when you’re signed into your New Relic account.
Hi @splitt! Anthony is right! Our Support Portal is a great way to contact support, and also search for answers using our public support resources.
If you have a support question, you can also use this community! @abloomer and I are New Relic Support professionals, and if we can’t answer your question, we will find someone who can! Feel free to let us know what you need! You answer may already live in one of our Support categories!
