I'm not able to access dashboards that I've been granted access to

I’m not able to see applications in my org. I’m not sure what has changed. I still receive the performance reports however, I can not access the applications when logging in. Is there something I should ask my Org Admin to check?

I’m expecting to be able to select the properties/accounts I’ve been granted access to query data.

Welcome to the community!

After looking over your accounts I see that you have both an Original New Relic user record and a New Relic One user record. What I believe is happening is when logging into your account it is defaulting you to the V2 or New Relic One user which only seems to have 1 synthetic monitor tied to it which is why you may not be seeing all of the other services.
