Impossible to change billing plan

we tried to change billing plan - free to standard - , but the system tell us that we have a problem on our “billing details”, but we don’t know what…
Can you help us ?

I looked over your account and see that you did change your subscription but it is still in pending status. I believe this may be due to an error so I have created a case with our billing team on your behalf. They will reach out via email shortly to help get this resolved for you.

we still can’t change the plan to a paying plan… What does the support say? The error is always the same.

I can see the billing team are working on the case.

I do note the New Relic supporting it is in the USA timezone, and would highlight yesterday was a public holiday yesterday which is why there may be a delay in them getting back you.

Its best to await updates via the case, as billing issues our out of our scope here in the community.
