Infrastructure agent missing some hosts

some of the hosts are not appearing in infrastructure tab even though nrdiag shows that the installation succeeded on those servers

Hi @teja.mudhunuri - Have you checked that the infrastructure agent has started on the servers? Have you reviewed the log files for any errors?

I did check that and it says running but I don’r see the host on the UI

Hello @teja.mudhunuri, Please ensure you have the correct License key for your account in the config file.
Also please make sure your configuration is not being overwritten by Chef or any other automation tool.
