Infrastructure App not reporting alert - Ubuntu server

Hi all

I have an alert policy in infrastructure that uses the alert type Host Not Reporting.
Its currently firing for one of our ubuntu servers, however, when i look at the hosts in infrastructure, I can see that it is returning data. I can see the CPU, memory etc fine for the server.

We previously had ‘new relic server’ running on it, so I disabled that and enabled infrastructure. I checked the newrelic-infra.yml file, which contains the ‘license_key:’ variable.
I also tried updating he agent using the documentation, which involved the following commands :

curl https://download.newrelic.com/infrastructure_agent/gpg/newrelic-infra.gpg | sudo apt-key add -
cat /etc/lsb-release
printf "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.newrelic.com/infrastructure_agent/linux/apt xenial main" | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list.d/newrelic-infra.list
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install newrelic-infra -y

If I check on the status of the service on the box, I get this -

wordpress2:/etc$ sudo systemctl status newrelic-infra
● newrelic-infra.service - New Relic Infrastructure Agent

There is one warning in there, but it looks like its running to me.
We have another box that is configured the same, but didnt have new relic server installed on it. When I run the status on that box, I do not get all that extra logging, so something must be up with this install, just no idea what!

Anyone have any idea?
Thanks!

I just noticed this other post that appears to mention the EXACT same thing as me.

https://discuss.newrelic.com/t/server-not-reporting-alert-but-can-see-stats-for-the-server/55037/2

I have disabled my alert and re-enabled, and the alert has not re-opened yet. So I think that resolved it.
