Installation - Detailed performance data not available

Hello, After installation of new relic, after setting up required configuration. detailed data is not available on APM Dashboard.

Hi @anders.bjelkerud - I would suggest that you review the troubleshooting section in the documentation for your APM agent as a first step. I would link to this but I do not work for New Relic so I do not have access to your account information to provide you the direct link.

Basic troubleshooting is done, now error logs reported.

Can you share more detail about your environment?

  • APM Agent language and version installed?
  • OS
  • Any other pertinent info

In addition, can you share a link to the instructions you followed when getting installed?
