Integrations disappeared and I see upgrade button

HI,

Seems all my integrations for mongodb and elasticsearch have gone? And I see on integrations page upgrade button. And I cannot use any integration? Anything changed on our subscription?

Thanks it is monimus account. I have submitted that form. Lets see how soon I have it resolved.
