Is it possible to move to invoice billing?
@matt115 I have gone ahead and reached out to our billing team to assist you with this. They will be reaching out shortly by email.
We are trying to do the same, but they won’t let me until our spend is 25k. We currently spend 16k and putting that on credit card is frankly a bit silly!
@greg_pakes I can understand the frustration and I get your point about the credit card. I would advise to continue speaking with our billing team to see if there are any more feasible options you can look into.
