Is it possible to monitor application with New Relic agents?

Hi All,

I am starting to explore new relic as an APM tool. One of critical services is our DNS service which utilizes the open source tool bind.

Is bind monitoring available via new relic?

Hi @markd1, welcome to the Explorers Hub. Unfortunately there isn’t a plugin for monitoring BIND but here is a relevant post with guidance for potentially developing your own.

Might writing anintegration for NRI Flex not be the recommended approach nowadays?
