Is there a way I can to send only Custom Metric fed from Infrastructure agents

Is there a way I Can limit the metrics that is send from the infrastructure Agent from the server to new relic.
We seem to be capturing too many services, process, etc. which is increasing our Data volume fed to new relic.

All we want to monitor are basic metric like CPU , memory and Diskspace

You may filter out certain Processes via the configuration options below:

• enable_process_metrics
• include_matching_metrics

In addition, you may reduce the sample rate or disable certain events altogether via the configuration options below:

• Samples variables
