Is there a way to cancel auto-renew in advance? We need to cancel, we haven’t used the service since before two renewals ago. If we cancel now, we have to pay the rest of the months in advance, but we’d prefer to pay them monthly, but be guaranteed now of cancellation at the end of the term.
