Migrating our Heroku add-on to a standalone account

Hi,

We have a new relic account through a heroku add-on and when we try to view/create alerts we see
the message “Contact your account administrator to configure alert settings”.

Would it be possible to migrate to a standalone account without heroku (but still use the same account)?
