Monitor failure results not showing in incident

We’ve had several incidents where a monitor will fail and send out an alert to our slack channel, but when we click to view the incident in New Relic the list of results is empty. After several minutes the results will finally show. Anyone else have this issue or know why it happens?

Here is the id for one of the incidents where we noticed this happening:

The result is now displayed there but it took several minutes to appear. The list was empty up until that point even though the incident had obviously been triggered/created.

Hi @josh.butler Are you able to send a link to the incident? I’m not finding it currently.

Was this just happening 1 day around a specific time or has this been a regular occurrence?
