Hi there. We’ve been with New Relic for several years, and have recently migrated our websites over to Magento Commerce Cloud. As part of the enterprise cloud offering we have NR bundled, meaning that we now have two New Relic accounts (one for our old infrastructure, another for Magento). Now that we’re decommissioning the old infrastructure we’d like to cancel the original account but are being hit by a large cancellation fee – it’s not like we’re leaving New Relic, so how can we avoid being charged for cancellation?
