Multiple accounts, same email

Hello, I created another account with same email, but then lost access to the previous one! Now I lost access to ALL data of the previous account. I can only log in to the new account.

Hi @dev26 :wave:t2:! Any new account that is created after May 2020, is currently on our V2 user model. I am happy to offer some insight here. I would suggest reviewing this article Relic Solution: So you’ve created a new account and can’t seem to access your old account.

Alternatively, if you no longer need the new account you can go ahead and remove it by following the steps outlined here: How to delete your Organization. Please let me know if this helps!
