Need permission to view account

My New Relic account was set up through Acquia. I am supposed to have access to the data for Northeastern Illinois University (account #1660137), but I receive the message “You do not have permission…” when I follow this link:

We have a similar issue. We have claimed a new account from Acquia and receive a license key. This is the message from Acquia - This license key is now active and can be used on any Cloud Platform environment associated with this application.

We tried to use the link from the email we received but get this error “You do not have permission to view this account”.

Can you help?
