New Account created for old Email?

Hi,

My Email is XXXXXX and I already had an existing account on Explorers Hub, but now it appears my history is gone and a new account has been created. Now sure why.

After some digging I believe this has occurred as the organisation / account associated to your users profile has been deleted.

Once deleted it may also remove the associated email.

However what we can do is transfer the posts over to your new account.

Please do let me know if this is an option you would like to consider.

I also had an earlier account which got removed as my email ID had changed. Pls include this also.

@mohd.salman That credential when it was applied was administered New Relic University. You can email learn@newrelic.com to determine if there is a process for getting it applied to your new email.
