New Relic Agent error on Elixir app on Heroku

We have an Elixir app running in Heroku, some months ago we set up the New Relic Agent, and everything seems to be working as it should. The weird thing is, lately we’ve been getting these errors in the application logs:

Does anyone know why are we getting these errors and what we could do to stop receiving them?

Hello @tobias.naftali,

I went ahead and filed an issue on our New Relic Elixir Github. We will need some information from you in order to proceed. Can you provide the output for the following:
* Elixir & Erlang version (elixir -v):
* Agent version (mix deps | grep new_relic_agent)

Here is the link to the Github Issue for you to track and add the relevant information needed.

The sooner we get this information the sooner we can make progress towards resolution. I hope this helps.
