The times are not aligned with the response time using chrome extensions performance tools.
Please somebody can help us to configure correctly the agents.

Also we are facing the following error:

Hello @it168,

The times are not aligned with the response time using chrome extensions performance tools.
Please somebody can help us to configure correctly the agents.

We’ll need to get some more detail about. Which New Relic application(s) is this occurring in? What discrepancies are you seeing? Is there a public URL for your application that we can take a look at?

Also we are facing the following error

Is this related to the same Browser application as above?

#3

Application we are using:
.Net New Relic Agent

The discrepacies are related to the times newrelic are showing on APM and the following:

  1. page load time (chrome extension)
  2. Dev tools of chrome navigator (Network and Performance)
  3. webmaster tools, times of Google crawler stats

The public url:

Yes, it is for the same browser application as above

Hello @it168,

It’s pretty common that you’re not going to get exactly the same results from different third party tools. Google Analytics, for example, will performance measurements a little differently than Browser. They should be similar but it’s unlikely that you’re going to get an across the board match, and it’s really not something we can help with without knowing exactly which measurements you’re looking at and what the results are you’re trying to compare to.

With that being said, we do have a couple of support documents that you may find helpful in verifying that your instrumentation is working as intended and the app is reporting correctly. You can find these at:

The other error you listed here is coming from your APM agent, not the Browser agent. I’ll flag this post for someone on that team to review.

Sorry on the missunderstunding, but the problem always was related to the .Net APM Agent, also we have the infrastructure agent and the sqlServer plugin installed.

All the rest of the tools are getting the half times on performance averages than Newrelic .Net APM Agent, we have our architecture in separate servers from one month ago, and from this time we are facing the issues described above, we suspects that tihis is the problem

In other hand, what do you need to go ahead on trying to solve the problem? logs from third party? logs from newrelic agent? how can I send you this information?

Could you please send us the correct links for .NET APM Agent?

Thank you in advance.
