New Relic didn't trigger any alert when the application was down

Hi Team,

NewRelic didn’t capture the error when application was not responding on Friday. We got the issue from USCAN business around 19:30 PM IST.
When we cross verify all the dashboard we could not found the error on specific time when issue occur.
