New Relic Infrastructure agent stopped working

The new relic infrastructure agent that I configured a year it stopped working now. When I go to the infrastructure tab now it is asking to configure again. I tried to install the agent again. But receiving the following error message while installing

Looks like there are some issues with the .NET agent. But we would like to resolve the issue with the infrastructure agent ASAP as there is a dedicated team that monitors our server metrics.

Please help with whatever information possible.
