New Relic renewal issue

I have APM Pro Annual (original host-based) subscription. I don’t know why, but I can’t open support case (https://support.newrelic.com/s/support).

My primary problem: New Relic in the last 6 years, sent me a Renewal Notice e-mail every year (scheduled to renew 90 day, 60 day, 30 day…). This year I wanted to change my subscription to pay-as-you-go simpler pricing model, but my annual subscription renewed on May 5th (what I forgot without a renewal reminder), so I can’t change/cancel it now without penalties.
I didn’t even receive a e-mail that my subscription had been renewed.

What can I do?
