NewRelic Account through AWS Marketplace is blank

Hello,
Does anyone know what the procedure is for setting up NewRelic after signing up via the AWS Marketplace? I’m setting up a new account and I get is a blank account with no way to add data, no license key, no way to open a support ticket :frowning:
