NewRelic locked my SAML settings when they moved me to new pricing

TL;DR I’d like to disable SAML but can’t access the page.

Our sales rep forced us into NewRelic’s new plans. We could only afford Standard, and when our account was converted, SAML was kept enabled. Standard plans don’t have SAML, so we’re blocked from making any changes to it.
