How do I pay upfront for 1 years worth of APM via an invoice? (we can’t use cards)

Thanks - I’ve heard back from our account manager and it’s not possible for us to pay for the account type we want by invoice
I think I your best bet at this stage is to wait for an email from the billing team and discuss potential options with them.
