Payment decline

we are getting “Your payment is past due. We couldn’t charge the credit card on file. To avoid service interruptions, please update your credit card information as soon as possible.”

could you please let us know any option make payment manual.

As per your below portal documentation, we have updated the new payment process (card details) in our new relic account. Request you to please charge at your end as we are still getting payment declined error on our billing section.

Just now, I got an email that with this error " Transaction declined.2000 - Do Not Honor ."

Please let us know the reason behind this issue and ask the concerned person DO NOT suspend our account till this payment issue is not being resolved.
