Please cancel our account and delete all data

Hi,

I would like to cancel subscriptions and downgrade to a free plan or if that is not possible, to close this account.

When accessing Administration → Plan & usage, there was a message at the top, “This is a New Relic account which has special pricing terms and privileges.” After clicking on the link for the form to contact the sales team and submit, I got an autoreply that the fastest way to get an issue resolved was to go to “Documentation and Support” and click “More help”, which redirected me to this forum. Please help me close this account and delete its data.
