Profile page claims that `There are no running JVMs which support profiling`

We cannot start the profiler anymore. It claims that there are no supported JVMs. Our infrastructure has not changed, we have two running JVMs that previously supported profiling and profiling is enabled in the application settings.

What can I do to re-enable profiling?

@thomas5 this was with your login to APM that is an admin? Are you still seeing that message?

Glad to hear it’s working again for you @thomas5 - It is strange that it stopped working for you - but being unable to replicate this does make it hard to troubleshoot.
