Question on Incident/Issue retention period

As I understand from this NR Product post, the retention period for alerts and incidents is 6 months – from the UI and API.

However I’m only able to confirm retention back ~ 3 months (incidents) / 90-days (issues) from the UI. I haven’t tried fetching via API yet.

How may we confirm the expected retention period for incidents & issues?
