We have a webhook alert notification that will log a ticket in our ticketing system when an alert is triggered. As stated in the documentation, it also triggers the same webhook alert notification when the incident is acknowledged and closed. Thus we get 3 tickets created in our ticketing system.
Is there a way to only send the webhook alert notification when the incident is open and not when it is acknowldged and closed?
