Service Documentation - SLO, SLI, Error Budget


Our company struggles with creating documentation, then keeping it current over time. Does anyone know if it is possible to create custom fields to document items like SLO, SLI, Error Budgets on a dashboard or APM page for an application? My thoughts are that if we can tie the documentation to the page where apps are defined, there will be a greater chance that they are reviewed and kept current.
