SSO Lockout, unable to log in

Hi, we got an error “Single Sign-On is misconfigured. Please contact your administrator.” on our corporate account, nobody can log in. Can you help me with that? Our corporate account is 1021424

Please, ignore the ticket. It was ADFS certificate rollover, I’ve changed back my certificate

Hey @nevermore696, I am glad you got it figured out! Hopefully this won’t catch you by surprise again in the future.

For anyone else who may visit this post - Support can disable SAML on an account as long as we have permission from the account owner in the case of emergencies such as the above.
