SSO & SCIM functionality

Hi there,

I tried to enable SSO option for the account and when I click it, it shows “Ask your admin to upgrade your account to New Relic One, This feature is not enabled on your account.” Could you please assist and tell me how to enable this option? Thanks in advance!

Congrats on your first post in the community, Whoop!

Firstly you will need to update to the new pricing model, see our doc on how to Switch to the new pricing model | New Relic Documentation.

Following this I would suggest following the Migrate your users to the New Relic One user model | New Relic Documentation.

Once the above is completed you should be able to complete the task of enabling SSO. However please also ensure you meet the requirements needed, see Get started with SAML SSO and/or SCIM | New Relic Documentation for details.
