Hi New Relic Folks,

Cool idea on the cert! Iโ€™ve taken it twice, however on the second go - after receiving a passing score - I never received any type of confirmation of the certification being completed. Is there a way to verify if my account has been credited? Iโ€™m hesitant to take it a third time due to fear of the same thing occurring again.

Hi, @jlove: Congratulations on passing the exam! At the moment, we still have to send out certificates manually (weโ€™re working on automating it). Itโ€™s just Monday morning here; the person who sends out the certificates is probably just finishing his morning coffee. Please stand by, and let us know if you havenโ€™t received your certificate by tomorrow. Thanks!

Hi, @nethaji: Congratulations on passing the exam! We are still in the process of automating the sending of certificates. You should receive an email with your certificate within 1 business day.

I pass certification exam, but nothing happenedโ€ฆ Black transparent window in Chrome and FireFox. I check it two time and can see only this, any notifiaction on my email and so onโ€ฆ Whatโ€™s wrong?

Iโ€™m not sure which dashboard/account you are referring to. The email with your certificate is all you should expect to receive; we do not change anything about your New Relic or Community accounts.

Yes AND - we do give you a customer title in the community once you have passed the exam. We update those once a month, so hang tight and you will get that new title and community badge @mycranny1.

I also got this blank screen after clicking the โ€œFinish Course buttonโ€. I also got 85% so maybe that is part of the RCA? :smile:

Finally passed it though :tada:

Unfortunately, no. We think itโ€™s related to the fact that we display the exam in a pop-up window; we are investigating some alternatives for presenting the exam that may resolve the issue.

In any case, @stefan_garnham, your passing score was recorded and your certificate is on its way. Congratulations!

I thought I knew I had good grasp on NR, but took few attempts to get through. what an eye opener.

But did not get any email for completing successfully.
