Support ticket is not being processed for more than a week

Hi, I’ve created a support ticket regarding subscription and not getting a response after the initial response. It’s been more than a week, could someone look into this? The ticket number is 433694. Thanks.

@liam.hwang I appreciate you following up about this and I apologise for any delay. As it’s the start of the month, there can be a large in flow of billing queries and that is why there is a delay on the response but our Accounts team should be in touch soon.
