The page after logging in is blank and cannot even raise support ticket

The page after I log in ios blank and none of the buttons seem to be working.

I am not able to raise a support ticket as well.

Hi @renniecurran :wave: Welcome to our Explorers Hub! After checking your user profile, it appears your organization does not yet have an account associated with it.

This can sometimes happen when stepping through the Sign Up process but not completing this before a new account is provisioned with the new org. Once you action this, there should no longer be a blank page upon logging in.

You can follow this link: https://account-provisioning.service.newrelic.com/provision_first_account (this only works if you are currently logged in), to finish creating your new account at sign-up.
