Unable to trigger an email alert when evenever HTTP response with a 5xx error comes even though it gets added to the error group.

We have already created alter policy and conditions but we are not getting the email notification.
@fdx Do you have a notification channel set up and attached to these? Is that notification channel an “EMAIL” channel and not a “USER” channel?
