Unable to access subscription management page

Hi New Relic team. I am trying to update the payment information associated with our account, but when I access the “Manage my Plan” Page, I see the error: “An error occured while trying to load your account information. Try again, or contact your administrator or New Relic representative.”

I am listed as an Admin on the account.

Thanks for reaching out in the community. I took a look and it seems that you have an account through Heroku. Accounts on reseller partnerships are not able to manage any subscription or billing details within NR since all subscription and billing is managed via the partnership. In this case you’ll need to manage your plan via Heroku.
