Unable to activate SPA trial


Hello, I would like to chose the Pro + SPA trial option for my Browser PRO trial, however, I am not able to view/use any of the pro or pro + spa features such as (session traces, js errors, spa view and advanced view). When I try to enable the trial I get a 500 error.

Please can you advise.
