We are trying to integrate New Relic with our transportation portal but not able to pass the 2nd url need support related to that.

I not sure exactly the steps you are taking here, but it sounds like the VPN you are using is creating an issue during setup.
As the VPN is not a New Relic supported product, and we don’t have insight into the VPNs processes and functions. It limits the support and insight we can give.
However have you tried turning off the VPN during this setup stage ?
