Unable to change SSO settings

We’ve noticed that we’re unable to disable single sign-on in our account. We think this may be because we had SSO enabled, and then our account plan was downgraded to a level where we’re no longer entitled to use SSO. When we attempt to manage the SSO settings we are redirected to the “Access the entire New Relic One platform” screen.

Can we get some help disabling SSO on our account?
