Unable to locate the given application in the currently viewed account

I am able to view the Browser for gb-member-portal-ui [prod] but when I switch to old view or go to any of the links like Page View it sends me to a redirect and then I see an error box popup on the top right saying “Unable to locate the given application in the currently viewed account”

I tried using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser and both gave me the same error.
