Unable to login

When logging in I receive the following error message:

Unable to retrieve the user information.”

You may just need to set/re-set your login password. You can do that here – Forgot Your Password?

Once you’ve ensured that your password is up to date, navigate to login.newrelic.com/login, try authenticating and let us know what you’re seeing. Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Can’t get past “We hit an error while loading this page” - I’ve reset my password twice.
