Unable to see Switch Account option

hi. a client shared admin access to my account from his account. I got the email confirmation of the same. however, when i login to my account, I do not see any option to switch to his account.

Can anyone help pls?

I do see that your email address is associated with two different accounts. Can you let me know the account number that you are not able to access?

I would like to delete the following account;
Account # 2889139

So that I can login to my primary account without issues.
