Unable to see "Unlock full platform access UI" & "Plans and pricing"

To whom it may concerned,
We are trying to upgrade our version from standard to pro. However, we are unable to see “Unlock full platform access UI” & “Plans and pricing” on NR1. We urgently need to upgrade the version to test for our clients. Please kindly contact me asap. I will provide the account ID that we need to upgrade to pro version. Thank you!
