Uncancel my account

I have a past due invoice and because of that my account was canceled, but I changed my credit card information to pay that invoice and nothing happened.
I don’t want to create another account and reconfigure everything again, I think it’s easier to reactivate my current account.
Could you check it please and reactivate my account?

PS: I’m trying to solve this for about 4 days but had no success yet. I think it’s a super simple problem that I could solve it myself if there was a button “Pay it now” in the billing section. It would save a lot of effort of yours and of mine too.
